My only issue with Sesko is he might turn out to be another Podolski. Amazing finisher, but doesn't get/take enough shots. Ekitike still scores quite a few goals for his playstyle and it's largely because he not only does stuff outside the box which helps the team but he also still takes a lot of shots per 90. Sesko's shot volume would need to improve if he comes here - which the hope is that he will have more shots created for him.
I highly doubt that, he can play as a target man as well for starters. Would never be as limited as Podolski.

I think the fact that he plays as a target man next to Openda makes a difference also. Would be different if he's the lone striker.

Podolski couldn’t run, and had no agility.

This Sesko guy looks a physical freak. Obviously hard to tell if he has the mentality/intelligence to be a real top player but the raw attributes are there.

I take JD. His numbers in France has been very good and he just slapped the yanks

I'm so torn between Sesko and Ekitike. I think the former is similar in some ways to Haaland (with the potential to perhaps one day be better) and the latter is similar to Isak (also with the potential to one day be even better).
Sesko being one year younger + Ekitike being a United fan means I'm 51% Sesko and 49% Ekitike.

You tell me boss, you said you don’t want someone who takes half a season to bed in.

I don't want someone coming in at £70M + in the desired position (striker) offering what we could get from havertz, hence why I want Isak. Surely that isn't difficult to get?

John David rumours again ffs. Hopefully means we are getting Isak.

Arteta has continuously shown faith in Havertz at every opportunity and Jesus will definitely be here until January at earliest.

A Sesko or David makes a lot of sense. If Partey, Gabriel, Trossard and all the left backs leave that’s a lot of areas we’ll have to spend the money on including Garcia in goal.

I’m unconvinced we make the big striker move everyone expects.

What's the script with the David lad? Can't say I've watched him play for Lille but seems to have banged them in for them.

Arsenal Quotes

I think without doubt that Bergkamp is the most talented player to have played for Arsenal in the past 30 years, for as long as I can remember
