None of these players have flourished and that is very sketchy list, Willians and his permacrock issues aside.

Wait... what do you mean Raphinha hasn't flourished??? Nico Williams is broken now, but he was a very promising forward just a couple years ago. We dont know wtf Sesko is but he almost surely would've fit the team much more than Gyokeres long term (and i like Gyokeres)

Was on Vinai's payroll; misses 4th place trophy 🏆
We offered 80m for Caicedo the January before we went to 105m for Rice. I understand that if it was purely an Arteta thing this would absolutely be true but maybe Berta feels differently as someone who actually has a history of taking swings for attacking talent even under a Haramball manager.
I dont know if psg backing a oil state club im unsure what cheap a** arsenal will do.

People are still moaning about missing out on Rogers??? Keep in mind, he did not start ahead of Gordon nor Trashford on LW. On CAM, he was behind Bellingham and Eze. On RW, he got a chance on the semis because Saka was injured. So he was only prefered once above Madueke.

Rogers will be another Grealish. He will fail and Chelsea will struggle with him and Palmer on the field. I'm super happy we "missed" out on him. I will be extremely pissed if we miss out on Kroupi. He is the one we need!!!

They will get judged on who they sign. Rogers would be massive overpay. Kroupi will be the same, as will Alvarez. Anyone we get will be massive overpay. So you gonna have to pull the trigger on someone or just go for upcoming players like Godts

More importantly at that fee, it just didn't make sense. £80m, maybe.

His team is probably very content to remain at Arsenal for the remainder of his contract, something tells me.

We won't push him out as to not devalue him and he's not really that fussed about leaving.

Not a good situation and we should really be doing better re: the wages we put some players on.
Martinelli is like a year away from being a full English citizen or something like that. He'll hold on for deal life unless a PL club goes for him.

It's time for Chelsea to repay us a favor....

Same for Jesus, but the Milan links are interesting, as the last time people from Brazil had spoken to him he wanted to remain in England for an extra year to get the English citizenship, seems to have changed.

Martinelli could get an European passport depending on his ancestry, and if he went to Série A they can always move a couple of strings to find a Martinelli great great uncle or something.

Sp**s went out and got De Zerbi his targets.

KSE can’t do the same for the Manager of the Year and Premier League Champion?

This is the point that some Top Gooners have made. Not that Sp**s have anything to do with us, but the optics of not getting Arteta his #1 target. I get it, I do but the numbers were silly for a player who's not a bonafide superstar.
