Even Abde Ezzalzouli with his £50m release clause at Real Betis kind of gives these lot no more excuses. If y’all have seen anything of him then you know that’s an upgrade on Nelli and he’s better than Semenyo too plus we wouldn’t have to spend something ridiculous like Everton would want for Ndiaye.

Sure he wasn’t my first choice but he’s improved a lot last season and I think he definitely adds something to our LW. This was at the mid point of the season:

I turned my nose up at Cunha in Jan 2025 because I naively thought we’d get someone better in the summer lmao.

I think we wanted Mbuemo as first choice tbf but he didn’t want to sit on the bench behind Saka.

Yea, that's a very doable signing that would improve us. If we don't get at least this level Berta or Arteta aren't doing their job aswell as an AM member. Reminds me of the time AM wishlisted Reus and we got Podolski instead allowing the superior play to goto Dortmund without fighting for him. We likely could of signed both

Not to sound negative or anything but most of our links (obviously excluding Vini which would have been a brilliant signing, same goes for Bruno G and even Tzolis which I praised the club for) just feel a bit safe and lazy tbh. We have the opportunity to take some risks as I rate our squad and we’ll retain even if we don’t sign anyone at LW imo.

Addressing both positions LW Ezzalzouli + CF with say an Alvarez would be the smartest play here tbh had he played at the World Cup, I can guarantee you that he’d be on A-M’s wishlist here, it’s just that some aren’t familiar which is fair. To have someone up top who can make a difference when it matters plus an electric profile outwide to exploit space and going either on the outside or inside would be good business. Spending everything on an Ndiaye or just addressing it with one player on the LW wouldn’t make any sense here.
