Kompany turned Olise and Diaz into the most lethal wingers in the world currently, warming up to the idea even if I know Arteta will ruin him.

He's not bad at all imo, he's a fine player for what he is and better than Trossard and Martinelli but he's just absolutely not the right profile for us. Bayern already have Olise, Kane, Musiala etc to handle the high level creative stuff. Having a sprint demon who can play on the left and occasionally CF would be complementary for them. Big no for us though.

Doesn't matter which world class forward player/s we are linked to, under Arteta we'll never get one. We'll take too long "umming" & "erring" then... clubs like Munich, PSG, City etc always get them from under our nose imo. Always going to have to settle with the 2nd choice players. We bring in another manager like Luis Enrique he'll get the big players.

Makes sense for Bayern. They'll need a Jackson replacement in the summer and they also need someone who can deputise for Diaz.
