Hector Bellerin is Barcelona's main transfer target to strengthen at right-back. But a deal is complicated by Arsenal wanting to involve Arda Turan in any negotiations. The Catalan club would rather sell him to the lucrative Chinese market. (Marca)
I would rather keep Bellerin that trade him for Turan, When Turan was playing for Atletico he seemed to play when he felt like it, not sure if he has changed but that could be why he has not had that many games for Barca.

Barcelona officials have been operating under the assumption that Arsenal would purchase Arda Turan this summer for several weeks. Now, officials with the Catalan giants are being forced to rethink those plans. Arsenal seem to have moved on to other midfield targets instead.
Reports from England claim that the Gunners are still interested in Turan, but only if they can get him at a significant discount. That news shouldn’t surprise anyone who’s been paying attention. Arsène Wenger’s club has been linked with quite a few talented wide players in the last few days.
