There’s no way he ever wanted to go there in the first place. You don’t reject the likes of Arsenal, Bayern, United ect to go to Liverpool.
They’re 0/5 on midfielders in the last few years, with Jude, Tchouamine, Caicedo, Lavia and now Zubi all rejecting them. There’s obviously something about the club that’s putting in demand players off.

Mac Allister was a steal though. Gotta give them that. But yeah, not much beside him right now. Endo, Gravenberch and Szoboszlai aren't striking fear into anyone.
I still think they will have some of that winning mentality left Klopp planted into them. That could carry them into top 4 this year. But with Salah slowing down and van Dijk past his prime that won't last forever.

Why do football fans, particularly in England believe spending more money is the only way? If anything, recent Chelsea and United sides shows it can stifle team cohesion and make teams worse.
Liverpool didn't need Zubimendi, with Endo, Macalister and Bajcetic there.

I didn't think Endo was average last season for the most part. I don't expect Bajcetic to be injured all season again. He'll continue his development and takeover next season.
