not really surprising with Saka teams fear us more with Noni and Martinelli it won't hurt them unless there is massive space.

however our RW is safe i wouldn't mind sell Noni in 2027 and just start use Dowman he'd be ready by that time and more developed physically and ability wise. our focus should be LW we need two good players there i'm not even asking for elite just good players that consistent and give you goals or at least create chances.

And that is a massive problem. French players are and have always been elite players. We had Olise wallowing at Palace. Why couldn't he have signed him one year and then signed Eze the next year? How many gems can we find in the Ligue 1?

I agree that it's very odd we haven't even been seriously linked to any French players given that they're producing the best attacking talents at present.

I don't remember how serious the links to Doue were in 2024 but that's the last time I can even recall us being mentioned as interested in someone from France.

When Saka or even Dowman are out there, the team goes up a level. It's remarkable to watch. There's less anxiety from back to front. Saka also looked like Saka instead of a ghost which was really nice. Anyone other than Burn out there and he probably scores immediately.

Yup, if Burn didn't have legs as tall as I am Saka's first action is likely a goal.

He's an assh*le. Even in the first half with Havertz he could have played him clean through on goal, he let Havertz run offside and come back twice waiting for the ball before passing it to him. Then there was another instance where Rice was wide open on the touchline in transition and he waited until there were 3 players around him to pass him the ball. You can't win with a guy like this as your "creator". All he creates is horrible clips where you question his football IQ.
