He doesn't need to have a say. Good culture spreads throughout an organization indirectly. The women's team would obviously see and 'feel' the changes that are happening around the club. It's obviously going to give them that intrinsic motivation to do better as group.

The all-conquering 06-07 side led by Vik Akers won the lot. Think it was called something else back then, but the current CL is its successor. We are the only English club to win it as well iirc.
