Mostly at risk aged smoking males with breathing conditions. 90% will die. I am pretty sure Arteta , still a young athlete , has no breathing problem, therefore he will shake it off in a week or two.

I’m sure he will be fine too. Just a slight correction, when you have severe respiratory issues it makes your heart work harder so if you have existing coronary issues this is where and how that risk comes in to play.
