wow interesting. Never thought an Italian youngster would leave their country to play in england. Especially one from Parma. Guess I underestimated AW's power of persuasion again. My bad :D

He would have signed a two year contract because the Scholarship part of the youth set-up lasts 3 years, and he's already at the age where he's done the first year.

When they finish with the Under 19s element they either progress to the full time reserves/first team squad, or leave.

Unless they're Cesc, in which case they skip that altogether and go straight to the reserves. If this kid's any good he'll soon do the same.
