I'm not sure how this will work. Only two weeks ago when Kroenke said he will pay the ESL fine, I read that could be considered owner funding and a breach of FFP. Nice words but it might be a promise that he knows he won't have to keep...

All PR to keep the fans on their side. They really couldn't give a ****e. If they did, why would they lay off 55 staff and the supporter who walks around in the Gunnersaurus suit last year. Where did this money suddenly appear from?

They are ****ing snivelling pricks. The fans need to make a stand against them at every home game next season.

How you know our owners wouldn't do similarly if we're in Cities position?

All PR to keep the fans on their side. They really couldn't give a ****e. If they did, why would they lay off 55 staff and the supporter who walks around in the Gunnersaurus suit last year. Where did this money suddenly appear from?

I don't recall them making any offer when we reached the EL final. The Kroenke's have no heart for the club or its fans and no intuition.

Fair enough, I just sometimes feel criticism towards our owners is a distraction from what is really going on.

I would say our Europa Final wasn't in a covid year.

I guess the Kroenkes will propose something like this: Liverpool to launch ‘supporters board’ in response to ESL protests today. Many nice words and a small step forward. So what's the problem? The answer to that question is that this does not give the supporters anything other than a colourable influence. Its not a structure that will give the fans any kind of real power.
