It's not that pointless, I'd say it's pretty important to provide context to failure/success because there's a section of fans who paint Arteta as a genius when Emery, for instance, was a fish being tasked to climb a tree.

Maybe you're not a shill but you did point out something to spite Emery and favor Arteta in a discussion between the two.
Show me comment where I have favored Arteta to Emery.

None of Tet backers will comment or touch Tony Adams agreeing with me publicly; saying Mik’s inexperience cost us a title. He said with Emery we would be champions right now. Lots of revisionism going on in regards to the supposedly unbeatable City. But only 2 clubs had a chance last year and Mik badly bottled it while basically competing in one competition while his rival spotted him s double digit lead and was competing in 3

We would not have won the league with Emery. I like the man but he was not a good fit for this club. Think ppl have short memories. I'm happy for him that things are going well at Villa but it was not working here.

In 5 years time many Arteta haters are gonna use him as hammer to smash whomever is managing then. "Reuben Analrim is such a bottling ******. Arteta would have won us the league 100%, like he's now done twice in a row with city".

What did Arteta have to do with Saliba getting injured.

He played him in nothing match in nothing competition.

He also is responsible for running both Gabriel and Saliba to the ground and for Holding. He went into a Pl season with his only bench CBs an always injured Tak and Holding. Worse yet; we were sold White as being versatile and he played a year centrally. Instead of shifting White inside; he just ran Holding out in a title run for 2 months completely unsettled what had been a great backline

Pretty sure it came out that the injury was picked up earlier and he'd been playing on it. That just happened to be the game where it was aggravated to the point where he couldn't play. So if not in that game it would likely have happened shortly after. Unless he was sat out for a while, which would have had the same effect as him being out injured.

Injuries are normal, they cannot be avoided forever for any player.

Injuries are normal dopey managers who would go into a Pl season with no back up CBs other than walking wounded Tomy and Holding the Plumber are abnormally stupid.

Didn't Tomi get injured in the same game? He wasn't "walking wounded" until that point lol. It was just bad timing they were both out at once.

He had Saliba, Gabriel, Tomi, White, Holding and Kiwior (and KT in a pinch) as CB options. You're again looking for something that isn't there.

don't switch my talk about emery to Arteta totally different things i'm talking about Emery time here. the guy lost dressing room so it was game over with him also he came when the club was mess off pitch no stability.

Don’t think we’d have been in position to win the league with Emery. He had two bites at the CL in 18/19 and couldn’t get it done.
He didn't have the money either for players, did he, I think if we had given him the same support Arteta had we might have done better with him.

He had no style of play, eventually it would’ve caught up with us.

Villa is the perfect situation for him.

Emery's football is dead. He is called Spanish Mourinho for some reason. People forget he couldn't convert 4-0 lead against Barca with PSG.

However, I like him as a person. He is a great and passionate manager/coach, and has his own football philosophy unlike the bald fraud ETH.

He was only cover other then a plumber and yes at Arsenal he has been unreliable with injury. Reckless, why he ran Saliba and Gabriel to ground

@Yousif Arsenal can attack him as much as he wants but the following is still true: He is a better manager than Mikel Arteta. He may not have been a great Arsenal manager but neither is Arteta. But Yousif is the same guy that tried to blame our embarrassing collapse at the end of the 21/22 season on our greatest manager ever so im not sure you should take anything he say about former Arsenal managers seriously. But its funny seeing what a sensitive topic Emery is for the Tetasexuals.

Arsenal Quotes

When I arrive at the gates of Heaven the Good Lord will ask "What did you do in your life?"
I will respond "I tried to win football matches."
He will say: "Are you certain that's all?"
"Well, that's the story of my life. It is not easy to win football matches, you know."
