Bayern are taking advantage and lowballing because of this, and will wait and delay on it as much as they can. Leverkusen want certainty, if he goes they have to replace him. He the best CB we have. Which isn’t saying much as we’re already weak in the area. But we’re unlikely to pay over £25mil for a new CB.

Drew 1-1 at home to Bellerin’s Real Betis yesterday. That’s 2 draws and 1 loss in pre season now. But the performance was better. Super cup against Stuttgart next week. A win is needed to shoot our confidence up.
