White actual value in most transfermarkt sites is about 30m. It mean little to nothing specially when that players have few years in your contract will usually go more than actual value.

Imo if Ben white was not English he'll cost us about 35m even if he is in PL. Either way I'm glad this one is over and we didn't f**k up our prime target in defense.
