Zubi (one of the best 6s in Europe) done early, Šeško seems pretty much nailed on for our striker signing so that's getting sorted now too. Pre season is ages away, let alone the new season.

It's looking positive so far. We can (and need to) focus on a winger and that's pretty much it tbh, not really in any dire need for anything else in the squad.

Another creative, wildcard AM is also needed but we won't do it.

Oh, and a right sided defender (can cover RB and/or CB).

Mbeumo of course is a forward that scores across the line so a premium also the year he has left Brentford do hold a 1 year option so in effect 2027 expiry.

The issue is that Šeško is likely not enough. We need a world class left forward, we need Ødegaard to reappear and we need Zubi to be good in the PL.

He's a better striker than anyone we have at 9 but Havertz movement off the ball is light years ahead. So I doubt this happens before Šeško improves this and that's if he ever does scenario so no given
