Come on man you're better than this. I like what I've seen from Timber and I love Tomi's defensive solidity and overall physicality but the disrespect White is getting is pretty criminal. Zinchenko is another story.
Me disagreeing with you is not a crime. If it's an issue for you, get some help.

How long if left of his contract? I don't see the need to renew it so early with a big wage bump when he is playing like this. He should earn it, lots of players start to play worse when they get a big wage increase. Can't imagine how poor he'd be with even less motivation. His next contract will probably be the last really big one of his career unless he goes to some foreign retirement league after, so after he gets it what's incentive to really perform, he's allready admitted before that he he doesnt really love football, it's a job for him.

And yes maybe he is playing with an issue but his really issue at the moment is that he just backs off wingers so far, he doesn't close them down or deny them space and lets many of them just do what they want, I don't see how being more fit fixes that, unless maybe he knows he can't accelerate at max speed and is trying to compensate by dropping deeper but anyway it's not good defending what he is doing. Compare it with how for example Gabriel defends 1v1 and its night and day, he actually closes them down and tackles while White 23/24 version just backs off.

Soon all of our players will have longterm issues with the way how the club is handling injured players.
I don’t trust anything that comes from the club these days, especially during a bad run of form.

Remember how the club were telling us all that the poor cultute left by Wenger/Emery was fixed by Arteta all of last season until results nosedived and they put out another briefing telling us they’re hiring someone to fix the culture left behind by Wenger/Emery

I don’t speak much on defenders, it’s not my strong point, but I’ve never been convinced about White. I’ve always thought he’s good enough be a utility squad defender at a CL/PL winning club but not quite enough to be an undisputed starter.

That was such a low class move just to hype up their new guy. Karma got them and they embarrassed themselves y hiring someone Arteta apparently fixed. White is just not front foot defender. He will always back off when you run at him. But in his defence he is a CB that’s been shifted to the right

He’s carrying an injury yet he came on as a sub for 30 minutes in a dead rubber against PSV?

Something’s just not adding up for me.

He's being protected by this "carrying an injury " story. Same applies for Saka. They're 100% fit or they wouldn't be on the pitch.

Both of them have been overplayed so i can imagine them being injured, especially Saka. Thats the manager's fault. But White, injured or not, is not good enough if we want to win the big trophies. A Love Island merchant.

carrying an injury but is brought on to play 20+ mins in a dead rubber game against PSV, while another RB is on the bench? I'm not buying that. A meaningless game like that if a player is carrying an injury they shouldn't even be on the bench, let alone the pitch.

Arsenal Quotes

Arsenal was firmly embedded in the local community and had a very solid, working-class foundations. The fans espoused the club's values. This visceral attachment, from childhood, to a club and a team is something I have never seen anywhere else with such fervour. Every fan's first match at Highbury was like a baptism.
