I still have my reservations about Barcola. His finishing can be atrocious at times and I can see that being frustrating for Arsenal fans. If he can improve this aspect of his game he can be a top player.

It is save to say his value increased during this WC. All depends if PSG are going to sign Diomande. With Diou, Kvar, Akliouche and Barcola, they are well stocked in wingers area. They want to at least cover the money spend on Diomande and Akliouche with the selling of Barcola.

If your spending anything over 60 for a winger you better be convinced man can play 30 games and help break down low blocks. Nobody is questioning his pace and his transition game.

He’s this year’s Rodrygo, a weak-minded big club cast-off. If he was playing for Marseille, nobody would care about him. Every summer, the backup players of Real Madrid and co are apparently the level-raisers we need. Gordon is a better player than him yet he was looked down on and anti-wishlisted.

Nico has chronic injury, Rodrygo big injury last season .

Damn I'll take your word for it... I don't watch other leagues like I used too but besides that one sprint in the cl final I didn't think he was the guy to elevate us.

So many of these wingers are overpriced and overpaid diva's. Don't get me wrong, although i said I'd prefer them over Barcola, I think Rodrygo and Nico Williams are huge risks for the money they want and the ridiculous transfer fees the clubs are demanding

That new contract Nico is on must be burning a hole in Bilbao's pockets especially with this injury he has now. Rodrygo's mentality is suspect and he doesn't really want to leave that Madrid lifestyle and test himself. He also has a knee injury so no idea how fit he'll be coming back from this. Leao got rejected by us no doubt cos he's more interested in his music career than football.

I'd rather us go for someone with potential who we can nurture and can grow with us. Tzolis and.or Monga would have been ideal but I think Rogers would be the better risk to take than Barcola with Tzolis to replace Trossard as LW rotation option.
