Rice and Zubi are safe. Possibly MLS too. Merino and Ethan less so.

My thoughts as well. I see Ethan getting sold or loaned out and Merino as a surprise wildcard to leave for Spain. At some point he'll want to play more regularly to secure his national team spot

At first, I maybe didn’t quite get this. I was thinking it would take playing time away from MLS. But then I thought about how last season Arsenal were one Rice or Zubimendi injury away from a disaster, which thankfully we avoided. This gives us the necessary starting-quality rotation in midfield. The price could have been higher too. What do you think?
