If he gets anything less than 150-200k a week he needs to find himself a new agent.

Two years left, knows the club have now trimmed the wage bill, any club in the world would take him, probably the first name on the team sheet.

Our only bargaining chip is his current deal is said to be only 30k p/w.

Pool and city rumoured to be ready to pounce if we don’t get CL as they think he could get him cheap enough.

If they want him make them pay 150-200 at least, if they think they can get him for under 50 then their mad.

1. Overplayed.
2. Over reliance on him to do something
3. Arteta needs to work on putting him in better situations. Too many times he's left with the ball with 2 or 3 defenders around him and no overlapping runners.

Very true.

Our inability to create through the middle consistently enough, has us using the overload-isolate tactic, with him then having to use the space created to do something. Its become tired and predictable, with teams now ready to double up on Saka and keep him out of the box.

Arteta needs to give the team more tactical options. Introduce more overlapping runners as you say, but also reintroduce Pepe and move Saka to the left as well for example. Both can draw players and make space for runners like Smith Rowe and Martinelli to attack.

Yep, but at the same time, you look at our striker who's either on the halfway line when Saka receives the ball or just stood at the edge of the box. As a defender who are you more worried about?

It's why a guy like Vlahovic would have been so useful, defenders know he'll be a pain to play against whereas Lacazette isn't a goal threat.

I’ve told Dave to cut off his ponytail. I think it makes him less aerodynamic.
