I am not doing the Pires v Saka stuff anymore, stupid really...don't want to he seen as going against him anymore, that goal today was elite and he is OUR guy.

He's clearly a top quality player, so was Bobby though...love them both 💪

We won’t do it. It just makes too much sense so it won’t happen. I also don’t think we’ll make a mega marquee attacking signing like that anyway.

I’ve made peace with it now.
Yeah it's a shame. You wouldn't be able to stop us with someone of that level preventing teams from overloading the right wing to try to stop Saka and Ødegaard. It would really give Havertz a lot more clean looks at goal as well. Hopefully given the interest in Nico Williams, we will go in for someone of that ilk but I agree, it may not happen.

It makes me laugh when people try to be edgy and act like Saka is not our best player. He was at 70% and still the most threatening player on the pitch for large chunks of the game. Respect him.
He has been the best player on the team since he broke through lol. Back then he wasn't putting up big stats so people ignored his impact.

Looks like his game improves with his dribbling, every time he improves it he goes up a level. I was saying since the start of the season his dribbling is on a different level now, and the result is that he is easily the best player in the league. He was always good at finishing and decisions so never needed to improve more than one thing like many other players.

He is so good

Rest of the attack is not close to his level
A bit unfair on Ødegaard to say that, but the other 2 are levels behind, agree on that.

Someone mentioned our situation with Özil/Giroud mismatch, I'd say this is even worse. We have some players in our attack who would be starters for Real Madrid, and some who wouldn't start for Fulham

...and then He woke up sweating !!!
Looks good but he started as a LB and played for a broken team for 2 years.Would probably be just behind Rooney (who started earlier if I remember correctly) if things were a bit different for him

Every player ahead of him was a number 9 (and Cristiano Ronaldo).

It’s an insane achievement given he’s not primarily a goalscorer.

Dont mean Ødegaard who i count as a midfielder

Really need 1 more who’s close to Ødegaard and saka and we will have too much for teams to deal with

Enough is already said about Saka. People finally starting to realize what kind of a unicorn player we have.
I just hope he stays his best years at Arsenal and wins all the silverware.
Having a good LW who can lift some weight of his shoulder will improve his numbers even more.
