Pretty much sums you up doesn’t it.

Bet you go to breakfast is toast with Flora and a glass of semi-skimmed milk

Vinicius Jr in La Liga - 165 apps - 41 goals.
Saka in the PL - 158 apps - 41 goals.

Makes you think, a little less showboating from Vini and maybe he'd be on a par with Bukayo 😛

I criticised him before Christmas but he has been super since the start of the year. Seems like there’s been a slight tweak to his positioning when he receives the ball to get him closer to goal.

Saka being stuck out on touchline facing 2-3 players to get to goal really hampered us at the end of last year.

Toney/Victor O would feast with Saka/Ode.

It’s ironic how this team could really do with a prime Auba rn, even the current version could be a decent starter.

Could see Saka hit something like 15 assists in a season with either of them at #9.

Little bowl-cut **** Foden will NEVER have the bottle to step up and take a penalty like our Starboy, tbh.

Saka has been forged in fires of hell, carrying Arsenal during the rebuild and bouncing back from the Euros which could break many young players.

Foden from what I can see hasn't been through anything like this publicly. I've also seen nothing to suggest City wouldn't be City without him (he's come in clutch this season admittedly).

Strictly eye test Foden has him beat for sure, but otherwise I think City fans are barking up the wrong tree here.

Eye test on highlights for sure, Foden is capable of technical feats that Saka just doesn’t have in his locker. But eye test on the full 90 Saka is clear for me. Foden can be a bit of a passenger for large stretches of most games.

Idk how much of that is down to their roles in their respective teams but I also know that Foden wouldn’t be able to physically match up to the kind of work Saka has to get through in his role.

Englands spoiled for choice now with Saka, Foden, Kane, Bellingham. The once golden boy of football Jack Grealish will be sweeping up the dressing room when the lads leave Wembley after the match.

Are those stats with or without penalty goals?

Foden is that kid born with a silver spoon in his mouth and has never faced adversity. He lives off the bank of Mummy and Daddy, he can trace his family back to the 12th century, attended the best prep school in the country, speaks fluent Latin and regularly rubs shoulders with the elite. Essentially, he has “future Tory cabinet leader” written on his forehead. On the other hand, Saka is the bright kid who hustles hard to get out of his situation. He's made the most out of the cards he's been dealt with through an immigrant mentality that has landed him a scholarship to attend one of the best unis in the country. Despite Foden winning the class lottery, it's Saka who is challenging him and at times besting him. That is much more impressive to me than what Foden does.

Could have sworn Foden was brought up in a terraced house in a rough area of Stockport.
