Furthermore he’s not head and shoulders above Ødegaard, Rice and Saliba, so if Saka is a WC player then we’d have to consider Arsenal a WC team.

How many games did we watch of Cristiano playing **** and still scoring or assisting and getting all the credit?? That was basically the narrative on his career for the last 10 years. Especially for the national team. Plus Ronaldo was taking all the penalties and free kicks even when he sucked at free kicks lol.

Whole City team was poor when KDB came on with like 20 mins left, fresh from an injury against Newcastle and created two goals out of nothing. How many times have we complained this season about Liverpool getting 'undeserved' points for playing crap but having Salah bail them out?

We've literally seen Saka show up in many so called big games so it's a dumb narrative. Many people said Messi wasn't clutch and couldn't win without Xavi or Iniesta for years. Messi even missed a big penalty in the Copa America. But he still had so many big moments for Barcelona and Argentina throughout his career.
