I don't believe Vini is a better player, maybe more flashy and explosive, but not more effective than Saka.Not going to write off Saka as he’s changed the way I view young players coming though but that is astatement and a half.

That as well as Timber taking over for a Ben White who was struggling to overlap. There's constant movement amongst that trio now. Before it was very static with Havertz or Trossard and White standing around waiting for Saka to do something.

I disagree. Assists became a “thing” with the rise of Özil. He was lauded for his chance creation and final pass and the rest became history. Before Özil, I couldn't tell you who had the most assists in a league campaign or in a tournament.

Nah Vini is superior to Saka in most metrics barring set-piece delivery and crossing. The only negative thing I can say about Vini in relation to Saka is that he never turns up for his country.

The stats are even more impressive when you take into consideration the fact that Saka’s game time includes games where he played at LB and all over the pitch in a dysfunctional team as a teenager for a couple of seasons before he starting delivering end product while Pires joined prime Arsenal as a senior player and was able to deliver after a few months of adaptation. Saka is well on his way to earning a spot in our all time 11 imo just needs a couple of trophies to seal it.

I'm taking Saka all day every day. Saka in that Real Madrid team would run riot. Funny how all these other superstars never perform for their country

Vini is better than Saka. I love the boy. But Vini is more talented. Also performing for Real is completely different beast to the harmonic and safe arsenal team
Yet never performs for his country?? Vini is a more explosive athlete, that's his only advantage. If Saka had his explosiveness, he'd be the best player in the world.

Saka needs to bring it on the biggest stages to earn this comparison, you’re doing far too much now. Just sit back and enjoy him.
Saka has performed at the world cup and euros lol. No bigger stage than those. Who cares if Brazil is a mess, Arsenal were a mess till like 2 years ago yet everyone of these guys were supposedly better than Saka playing in way better teams and systems. It's obvious they are not better than him lol. Saka last season in his first UCL did pretty well.

Saka would score more if he played for an overpowered team against Mallorca and Real Betis every other game.
So he can win CLs on his own, but can't play well for Brazil? Or maybe he is just playing on a much better team in Real Madrid with the best midfield in the world which makes life much easier. All the same advantages Cristiano enjoyed for the majority of his career and then got all the credit when he was obviously not the best player for Madrid

Vini is not shackled to Artetaball. Put him here and he would get depressed.
Some at Madrid say he is. They don't like Carlo's 4-4-2 and not playing youth. Sound familiar? Vini has been performing miracles in spite of the shackles. Just like Saka.
