I don't believe Vini is a better player, maybe more flashy and explosive, but not more effective than Saka.

I love Saka but Vini is better. Just a bigger match winner, guy has scored in two CL finals already.

The pair of them in the same team though would be really scary. Hopefully we never see that lol.

Saka has never been in a UCL final so you can't say Vini is a bigger match winner. He plays for a better team. When they both play for their country, Saka has shown he can be a match winner at that level, Vini has not been very good for Brazil.

Really puts it into perspective that at Saka's age Salah was flopping at Chelsea and being loaned out while Saka is approaching 200 appearances for Arsenal

He really is outrageously good. People talk about him like he's the finished article because of how ever-present he's been since breaking through but he's still like 2-3 years away from his theoretical prime, which was also the age Salah joined Liverpool at.

He's on par with Salah these days IMO, Salah just has a lot of years showing clear proof this is his level.

Saka if he wanna be elite has to be more ruthless and not stuck on the wing. That’s the next step for him

Martinelli has the same issue . Both need to be flooding the box. We ask them to hold the width when that should be coming from our full backs
Exactly and that limits them. Specially Martinelli who is non factor in most games because he can’t do anything by getting the ball on the touchline

Salah only really started getting serious minutes from the age of 24 onwards at Roma, when he became a much stronger, more robust player. Saka has already done a substantial amount of mileage. There’s no guarantee he’ll ever be as good as prime Salah. The amount of running Arteta has him doing both ways will take its toll eventually.

We need to find a way of getting him closer to goal and economise his distance covered throughout the season. I didn’t see Salah doubling up with Trent against Doku because he’s the outlet when they regain. Arsenal need to do the same with Saka

I believe by the time Saka is in his mid 20s he'll start to play more in the middle. Hopefully he won't have to do the same amount of defensive work either. Even young Messi used to press a lot from the front but as he got older, he changed his approach and became more efficient with how he used his energy. Hopefully saka's legs don't go the route of Alexis with all the demands in this system and also playing so much for England.

You would hope Saka develop some ego and self perseverance or have smart people around him who tell him he shouldn’t do the donkey work Arteta wants him to do. Otherwise I really see him going Rooneys path and be shot physically at 28. People will not like it, but a player shouldn’t do everything the manager tells him if it harms him

The time has come where we have to unconditionally platform this guy and make him the man.

I don't want him to even have to worry about defensive duties whatsoever, this guy has no business lurking around as an auxiliary right back - he should be free to loiter high up OOP like Salah does.

Arsenal Quotes

Religiously, it is said that God created man. I am only a guide. I allow others to express what they have in them. I have not created anything. I am a facilitator of what is beautiful in man.
