It's kind of the same way Liverpool depend on Salah, but Salah didn't really reach this level till like 24 or 25. Saka has been expected to carry the team since he was 18.If we're even in with a shout of PL or CL in mid to late April, then Saka should get player of the year and be a serious Balloon dOr candidate. Because it'll be down to his hard work from an attacking perspective.
Slightly worried what our deoendendance on him will do to him physically. We had hoped Sterling and Jesus would be viable RW options to give him rest but it's not looking like that case and it anything we've become more dependent on Saka now.

If I need to turn a 3-0 into 5, there’s no one I’d rather have than KaiTop player.
The opposite of Havertz![]()
Thought it was one of his quieter games overall.

That goal doesn’t happen if MLS doesn’t beat his man under pressure and then play a perfect pass into Jesus. Superb bit of play there.
Don't even think he had his best overall game, but still getting 2 goals and one assist says it all.
Feel like Alexis carried us in 14/15 as wellIs Saka’s season the biggest carry job we’ve seen at the club since RVP 11/12?
The only seasons that come close are Özil 15/16 and Alexis 16/17.
