Scored or assisted every goal we've scored this season and yes I'm counting the Trossard goal vs Villa even though it technically wasn't given as an assist.

He had to sprint 60-70 yards up and down the pitch all game to track back their runners. I hope Mik can figure something out with our shape so that he doesn't have to cover so much ground. Will preserve his legs in the final third.

Not our typical game, the set up was different with the 442.

I hope a lot of people here realised how important are midfielders for wingers and why out left flank is lacking. Today we saw how poor Saka looked offensively without Ødegaard helping him. Rice on the left is not close to Xhaka in creativity, vision and talent. Better defensively but since Xhaka left our left flank is crippled. Rice needs to get better distributing the ball.

It actually exhausts me watching him having to do that 😭

White is a class player but I wish he wouldn't be done so often by good wingers.

I think if Tomi weren't injured all the time he could take White's place. Better defending, quicker and better going up. Sad the guy can't play more than 3 matches without getting injured.

Love Saka to bits. But his corners are absolute pants. One of the few decent ones he delivered and we score.

Rice's corners are much more consistent.

How can you say that when Saka gets a decent amount of assists from corners? His deliveries are genuinely fantastic.

We could have stuck prime Squilacci out there on the RW and it wouldn’t have made a difference tonight.

We didn’t get Saka the ball in the right areas and he had a poor game. Should have just rested him but at least he got taken off at 70’.

Arsenal Quotes

I still have an interest in training and development, in the stages that make it possible for players first to acquire technique (between 7 and 12) and then to develop physically (between 12 and 16), then to deepen their mental resilience (between 17 and 19) and finally between 19 and 22 to acquire what is critical, like the roof of a house without which all the rest rots away: intelligence and motivation
