He really can just put up numbers while being pretty poor

I’m not mad at it but numbers really aren’t everything. He was shooting a fraction too late today and getting his shots blocked but his influence on the team is undeniable.

Great performance but how about some open play goals or assists, brother?! Six assists in six consecutive games is no joke though.

You know what's crazy? The aesthetics merchants will tell you wingers like Saka have ruined the beautiful game because they've turned the focus from all-round play to goals and assists. And yet, Saka had one of his best games without a single goal or assist.

Saka will never being judged fairly on this forum. Many hate him and always will!

He's added that "take the game by the scruff of the neck" trait to his arsenal.

Even if things aren't going his way he just keeps asking for the ball and trying to make things happen.
Also the fact that he can replicate his 7.5/10 performances whoever's the RB/RCM is also great.

Okay, jerkfest over.

Arsenal Quotes

Arsène Wenger's idea is not only to play good football. It's to play good football to win. In my day, we knew that with our style we could hurt teams and win trophies too. But we did it our way, with the positional game, passing, movement.
