Then won the last two games and draw the game before that.

Kept them pretty sovereign in the league and the most impressive thing is, how quickly she changed the play of style of Union Berlin.

Union was literally the most anti-football team in the league, relying on defensive stability and danger through set pieces and crosses.

Yesterday they created 3,68xG, against Mainz away 2,68xG. The first game they lost they created massive chances and conceded through 2 wonder goals from Wolfsburg.

She is going back to the Unions women's team after the season, but if she do well there, i could see her getting another job in the future.

She took 7 points in her 5 games while the manager she replaced took 4 points in his last 5 games. That's not much of a difference. In her first 4 games she actually achieved the exact same results and points that her predecessor achieved in his last 4 games and got him sacked and got her first win in her fourth game. That's the opposite of a "new manager bounce". So at the end the only difference was the 3 points in the last game that basically was a friendly game for Union Berlin since they had nothing to play for and therefore felt no pressure. 5 games isn't much of a sample anyway.
