Another failed Wenger acquisition
Disgusting coaching. Hope people don't try and pin it on players. No communication, nobody knew their roll. Any fkn wonder!Much better RB than CB.
Madness from Mik putting back 3 together with two full backs that never played in a back together.
This guy fooled with his end of season form
What a horrible start to the season
Has been one of the worst in all games even in the west brom game.
He’s been here since 2014. In that time he’s been on loan twice and got relegated twice. The first goal, there's no skill or massive intelligence required to beat Gundogan to a header.
Like this is 7 years of Chambers failing as a CB, an alright-ish RB maybe for a lower PL side but we knew back in 2017 these guy didn't have what it takes, yet he's another one that's been kept around.
Said it before he should have gone when Jefferson Montero ended him. Rubbish average player.
We had the offer but we rejected it as we were looking for 20m. Sounds eerily similar to how we've managed some of our players this summer.Voted pots for Fulham on loan. A well run club would have gotten minimum 15m out of that.
Chambers also cost 20 million euros while Shaw 37 million euros in the same window. Shaw also wasn't very good until last season.Looks like Man U got the better deal in Luke Shaw.
Fair point i thought 20m was a big fee back then but as you say Man U paid considerably more for Shaw.Chambers also cost 20 million euros while Shaw 37 million euros in the same window. Shaw also wasn't very good until last season.
