If it was us @Rasmi would be crying that Arteta is running our players into the ground. Pep basically played his full first XI (that's currently fit). Not a bad thing for us really.
He would also be crying about our ‘dead attack’ too, as city created bugger all and only had 1 attempt on target going into the 90th minute.

The reason city players can play more is their ability to control games in midfield. We spend more energy every game hence why our players break down more. It’s really that simple. We are in constant battle mode

Feel like this sounds like it makes sense but both our teams spend majority of games camped outside the opposition box.

If anything City’s rest defence is a bit worse than ours so they probably have to sprint back a bit more than we do?

City is much better than us at keeping the ball in midfield. We use the defence to keep the ball. If anything this is one of our weakness. The ability of our midfielders to keep the ball in possession. We are quicker than them attacking from defence to attack

We could have got him for the money we wasted on Madueke.
Madueke money no, but Madueke + Nørgaard money likely get Semenyo then. Imo should have buy Semenyo, let MLS also rotate at CM and White rotate more at RB/CB. In that scenario then instead of Eze buys someone like Elliot Anderson for CM, more useful than Eze as Arteta greatly trusted Trossard at LW and Semenyo ready to rotate at both wings, this also let Nwaneri plays more at AM to mature and allow Rice/Merino to fill as emergency CB like Nørgaard.

Timber/White-Saliba/Gabi/Mosq-Cala/Hincapie/MLS.
Rice/Zubi/Merino/Anderson-Ode/Nwaneri.
Saka/Semenyo-Gyok/Kai/Jesus-Trossard/Nelli.
Dowman at RW, Salmon at RB to promote.

Imo better balanced, a bit more potential then the squad Berta made.

Watching that City match and glazing them is nonsense. Wissa and Woltemade were awful. Bruno G was too busy twerking for City.
Some "fans" here are also twerking for our competitors. How good they were while it was nothing special how they performed yesterday.
