Patiño was never going to be involved in this game, if he were he’d not have played 90 minutes for the U23 on Saturday.

Expecting an Elneny-Lokonga pívot and ESR 10 and I’m not sure who will be the third player on the right after with Martinelli and Laca. Perhaps he’ll go with a 3 of Elneny, Lokonga, and AMN, that’s a very defensive lineup for a game like this but not many other options. Hopefully it’s Lokonga and AMN and Nketiah or Balogun on the right.

Surely single pivot for a game like this, he's already shown he's willing to use that against **** sides
