Going back about 20 years ago but my Peruvian girlfriend at the time said some of her cousins were denied access to nightclubs in Peru because they were considered too dark

I was told this happens/happened in Jamaica too. People with black skin with a lighter tone than others were given preferences/priority/advantages as if in a higher class.

I've seen the FIFA slogan 'no to racism' for so goddamn long without them doing really much about it. Now is their moment. I expect a statement today.

Enough is enough. That stupid 'oh I'm sorry, I didn't mean it' won't cut it this time. Also donating his salary to poor kids in Africa won't do. They need to make a scapegoat out of Enzo, otherwise it will never stop.

Pathetic though that some guy on the bus has said to Enzo that he shouldn't film this. Instead, someone should be telling the players that such a song is unacceptable. Though I don't expect anything else from a country that welcomed the ****ing Nazi's after 1945.

"I got caught up in the euphoria of the moment and I sang a racist song" is such a great excuse. Like what, your natural instinct in moments of euphoria is to sing racist things but you just normally keep it in check?

Argentinians are racist..nothing new in that (Emi's actions after the WC went unpunished)

If FIFA had any balls, they would ban these players for a lengthly period to make a clear statement. But they won't, life will go on and we'll move on to the next thing.

Sang it with his full chest as well, like Pavarotti belting out Nessun dorma

Arsenal Quotes

Ian Wright was the incredible striker for whom those around him sometimes found hard to control especially the opponents. He was an extrovert, hyperactive, and had endured an extremely hard life. His playing style was instinctive, and he had that killer instinct, a player like no other.
