Palmer’s goals and assists rate at the moment looks freakish. Could and should have scored 2 more yesterday which is the scary thing

Remains to be seen if he can maintain this run rate, but if he does he could well break Henry’s 20 goals + 20 assists record..

No question, Palmer is a top player. City seems to have made a mistake letting him go there.

Its interesting to listen to Chelsea casual fans though, some saying they are potentially in a title challenge with the top 3 "looking weak" "looking beatable". Then you have others say that Chelsea will win the league before Arsenal, because bottlers.

Lol, casual fans are so poor at seeing what's actually going on the pitch.

Chelsea have enjoyed soooo much space for the last year or so.

If you watch the highlights of the Brighton game, they defended absolutely disgracefully with an arrogant high line even after Chelsea scored and had a couple disallowed.

I’d like to see how Chelsea and Palmer deal with sides showing them more respect and playing deeper and looking to expose their defence on the break.

Palmer is a good player no doubt. But I don't see it with him. Can't even explain why. I genuinely think he is so dumb he does not feel any pressure or worries when he plays.
That's been said about him before. He has long been very talented, but previously not enough end product to make up for being a defensive black hole. Now the ned product is there.

Chelsea are not in a title challenge. They've not proven they can break into the top four never mind sustain a title challenge with Disaster and fofana at the back.

Early days but they're in the top 4 now. They're certainly loaded up front, lets see how Maresca evolves his defence as it is an area they need to improve on. Not many teams have as much firepower as them though and that should stand them in good stead going forward. I think they have an excellent shot at top 4

Scored 4 in a game and now people are debating who’s the bigger talent between him and Jamal. Extreme hyperbole from British media and fans as usual.

Saka is still clear btw, his overall game is at a different level.

2 seasons in a row of 20+ goals each they may have something, but this stuff is too soon.

He's killing it to be fair to him though, for a sustained period as well you can't even call it a purple patch.

Yeah, 22+11G/A in 34 PL games is world class numbers. And he did it for an underperforming team. Now he’s on track for an even better season so I think it’s a fair discussion to have.

9 of those goals were penalties. Still impressive but the discussions are a bit silly.

Saka scored 6 pens. Which is a great skill to have tbf.
If palmer keeps up these numbers, Saka needs to win some major trophies to stay clear

Arsenal Quotes

What does Arsenal mean? It means class. The structure of the Club, everything has a classy feel about it. It isn't always about success, there is more than that and this is what makes it a cut above the rest.
