It's silly that teams didn't want to stop Chelsea manipulating PSR rules just because they've already been doing it. They did it with contracts, before that loophole got closed.

They need to seriously ask what's the point in holding back the likes of Newcastle and Villa with financial restrictions while Chelsea go around making a mockery of everyone else.

Chelsea won a trophy last season. Unlike Arsenal. And since our last trophy they have won 2 trophies (4 if you include the European Super Cup and the CWC) and played 6 finals. Maybe you need to focus on your own house before you complain about your neighbors house.
