They should always have North American teams in Copa. Despite financial benefits there are just too few teams in South American and it makes more sense then inviting teams from other federations like they did with Japan long ago. Help Copa rival the Euros a bit more in prestige. They should just end the stupid Gold cup that either Mexico or USA always win.

Martinelli with disaster cameo although for 10 mins. Savio the kid City bought came in 10 mins earlier and looked so much better. Actually constantly took on players. Martinelli not 1 dribble and gave the ball away 3 times with passes

Terrible match for neutral great result for the Ticos. Really hope that lovely country moves forward to next round. It is what it is this the new normal. You can’t really rely in even the Brazilians to entertain; football really needs a rebirth at grassroots at encouraging and freeing up the players.
