could be one of deals of the window if he continue his development as CB for 13M too.

really happy we got him after what been said about him that why sometimes scouting helps.

[Bagels]

Wishing him a warm welcome. Don’t know much about his game to be totally honest, but know he’s highly rated and for a low fee I can’t have any complaints.

Hoping he has a big and bright future here!

Welcome to the Arsenal Cristhian!

[Yousif Arsenal]

big gabi Paulista always a true gunner.

[UkrArsenal]

CM3 Welcome ! Hopefully he'll get a few minutes against Newcastle this weekend.

[boonthegoon]

Hope he develops well and can slot in if/when saliba leaves

Arteta: ”He can play centrally and on both flanks”

Mikel is truly a versisexual

good thing he didn't say he can play as LB!

[Vinci]

Welcome!

Could be a real steal this.

[Yousif Arsenal]

well it's not big surprise Huijsen and Guehi would never join Arsenal to be backup specially backup for two of best center backs in last 3 years. i'm happy we use our scouting and end up with very talented and experienced already center back.

One of Wenger's biggest mistakes was selling this guy in favour of Mustafi. Paulista had the qualities to be a very good player for us if given the time to develop.

yes quick sale too he only stayed here like two years. Wenger hated Mustafi so much he wanted to sell after one season lmao but no surprise nobody was interested.

[AberGooner]

Shock we got another defender in, can't help themselves

Never watched him but we've a good track record with defenders tbf so I'm sure he'll turn out alright as well.

Building from the back

That’s basically what he said?
You meant to say LW?

he meant's he can play as RCB and LCB but didn't say he can play as fullback

[Rex Caudillo]

Seems like a solid deal. Not giant expectations with his age and fee for year one tbh.

[Jasard]

This is the kind of smart defensive purchase I can get behind not dropping 40m every year on someone injured every 3 weeks.

[Yousif Arsenal]

seem they bit frustrated they lost him. likely were having high hopes of him renewing and selling for bigger fee in next two years.
