Declan Rice: All Hands On Dec

Monumental player & proper leader on the pitch. Not to diminish the contributions of all the lads who lead to # 14 but, without him leading the line, # 14 wouldn't have been a possibility.

Whenever Ødegaard moves on, he should be given the captaincy without any fuss.

In this summer of insane fees for me just good CM's like Enzo 125m, Anderson 116m are vastly inferior players to Rice.

No one mentions his price tag of 105m as he's simply been a total bargain.

Rogers has thought he’s some sort of main character ever since he joined Chelsea and said they’re the biggest team in London, even though we all know he would have preferred us.

I’m happy Rice ****housed him, get in your ****ing lane you’re not even close to being the main character in this fixture.

His minutes in the league need to be managed if we are to go the distance & retain the title.

That's why we bought Bruno, I want to see him grab cameos in CL games against small opposition & matches where we can do without him for extended periods.

Gunner come out of the closet any day now…
He might not be Rodri but he's starting to reach those same levels of expected quality that the conversation surrounding him almost disappears, because all you can say is "yep, great again".

It almost does players like that a disservice because you don't realize how much they matter until they're forced off the pitch in some way, meaning they either have to do something above and beyond their typical excellent levels to generate positive discourse.

Still has that one issue where he gallops up the pitch & runs out of idea what to do it the ball. He really should back himself to go all the way as he has the ball striking capability.

Usual great performance really

I think it’s a tactical thing though. We get up the pitch through his run and then we let other players catch up so we can apply pressure.

Not sure if it's a hot take but he was one penalty shootout away from being our first ballon dor winner imo. WC year always screws club players but there was no standout player in that Spain side (Rodri maybe, but he had a mediocre club season)

He's seen by neutrals as our best player, a PL + giving us our first CL would've made him the favorite surely. Betting odds show Kane as the favorite right now ffs

Arsenal Quotes

When you start supporting a football club, you don’t support it because of the trophies, or a player, or history, you support it because you found yourself somewhere there; found a place where you belong.
