He should switch positions with MLS. Let the kid do more damage further up the pitch while Rice still can do his thing even at LB, he doesn't really have a specific position in my opinion, just a great athlete.

Rice hasn't had a good game against West Ham apart from the 6-0 thrashing. He loses all his minerals and looks visibly hurt when the Hammers boo him. It's a known phenomenon that some players do not turn up against their old games - see Sterling vs Liverpool, Trossard vs Brighton etc.
