Season before they were in similar positions just vice versa, Man Utd aren't the team that win the big trophies they compete for top 4 just like Sp**s do.

United have the funds to transform their future, a true sleeping giant. They also have a significantly better base level than Sp**s right now. Adding Kane and Mount upgrade serious weaknesses in their XI too. Not saying they'll win the league anytime soon but they could win a cup or 2.
Trophy jokes aside Sp**s golden era has come and gone. Just looking at their transfer thread on Fighting **** is poverty. The best player they're linked to is Maddison who's apparently an Arsenal fan and said Wilshere was 10 times the player Bale was on SM.

They've had the funds forever and just throw it down the well, they're awful with their spending. Man Utd aren't any better than Sp**s have been over the years hell Sp**s got in a CL final recently. Look at how much they're celebrating winning the tinpot Carabao cup shows how small time they've become.
I don't get this forum's love affair with Man Utd to go off on a tanget, I'm always arguing with guys defending them and praising their players. Cringes me out because they've just been as sh*t as we have this decade.
