Seeing this £100m talk and you've got to pay what you've got to pay for good players and there's inflation and all that jazz.

In my mind though it's still £15-20m for a very good player and £30m for a WC one.

Not sure that’s allowed. You can value your player whatever you want, that’s why La Liga has crazy release clauses.

Does Ward Prowse do much outside of freekicks?

It's a very nice niche to have, but feel you need much more as a central midfielder...not surprised that despite being banging in like 10 freekicks per season, Southampton have always been a struggling side as he can't really control any games in midfield and doesn't even offer defensive power in midfield like Declan does either.

West Ham should really resist going after him as a Rice replacement as he's a big downgrade, can see they getting him though.
