Denis Suarez: Returning to Barcelona after injury

No clue why we got this guy. Not a natural winger which is what we could have used to change things up when needed. He’s just another attacking midfielder and we have plenty of those. He’s a great dribbler but that’s about it..

I would put his lack of performances purely down to the fact that the amount of money available in the summer will depend on Arsenal's final position in the EPL and how we do in the EL.

Emery may have other priorities which he wants to fill before spending money on another player such as Suarez. I would think Emery would want to sign him permanently ideally.

Some of the comments regarding he's quality are amusing though considering he's lack of game time at the club.

Arsenal will sign him up permanently. Emery just brought him in early to get used to the epl. He's easing him in slowly like he did with Torreira.

We don't have many great dribblers.

The guy has just come through the door after limited playing time in Spain. He wasn't gonna hit the ground running but there are enough games between now and the end of the season to judge.

Cause Perisic would have done even worse. At least Suarez is Barca's Wilshere, Perisic in comparison is Drinkwater. The gap in talent level between Suarez and Perisic is just too large, and it was always going to be difficult for a player of Perisic's age and form to settle down and impress in 6 months time.

Send him back to Barca in the summer. We've been a home for passengers long enough. We need players that can elevate our level of playing by several degress if we're to get back to where we belong.

I wonder what Suarez is feeling? He could have stayed at barca and be picking up a few minutes as well as a league title and possible champions league. Instead, he's on our bench doing nothing.

Emery got him on loan so he could show Barca how much he doesn't need him, so Barca lower their value of him. I used to do the same with huge quantities of cannabis back in the day; take the work, say you're having trouble shifting it, then the price comes down. Emery's a gangster.
