I think this would be the best option. Williams with his current 200k per week wages is way too expensive. Likely wants a raise (wasn't there rumours about even 300k per week demands?) and is still only 21 years old, so it would break the wage structure in a nasty way. Especially as he hasn't even achieved much yet.

Keep Trossard for another year, and let this guy adjust and grow. Martinelli and Doue is a very nice duo to compete with each other for the future. Doue seems quite creative from the clips, so would also be a different option against busses.

There is no need to spend big for anyone like Rashford to overtake Martinelli and cause problems. While there are other more important needs. Martinelli's output wasn't the best this season, but he had injuries and still has huge potential.

Yep this guy is my number 1 pick. He’s not a level raiser but he has the ability to become a world class player, and could easily start contributing in his first season.

Unfortunately there’s not many options on the market for level raisers in our attack this summer. The likes of Rashford and Leao would require £100m+ as well as £300k+ wages. Even though the upside is big, those kind of signings could peg us back if they don’t work out.

Kavaratskelia I have a soft spot for so wouldn’t mind him, but otherwise I think we should be kicking the can down the road when it comes to elevating our attack. There’s a level raising CM available in Bruno so go sign him.

I’d much rather protect our future with a signing like Doue over signing an expensive attacker for the sake of it. The only other player out there I would be content with is Williams, but as you say the wages are big and the fee will be £50m+. That’s a big signing also and takes up an ‘expensive player + wages’ spot in the side. I wouldn’t mind him at all but I say sign this guy and re-evaluate a level raising attacker for next summer.

Seems a very un-Arteta like move. He has shown in his time here how reluctant he is to trust ball carriers over positionally disciplined work horses, let alone a teenager from Ligue 1 who's game is centered around individual flair and tricks. I hope I'm wrong but I fear if we got this guy this guy he would not use him until the 93rd minute of a game we're winning by 3 clear goals.

What an incredible name he has btw.

Looks very good. Plays both sides and comes central. Essentially looks like what Nelson should have become. Sorry @MutableEarth . Very Sancho like. Little touches, goes both ways. What I like he is arrogant and has some strength about him. Holds off Loftus cheek really well.

Arsenal Quotes

When I am asked why I stayed at Arsenal so long.. my answer is simple; I never wanted to be anywhere else. I could have earned a lot more elsewhere, but that wouldn't compensate for all the good years at Highbury.
