I'll start updating Dial Square's progress in the lower tiers here on an irregular basis. The team has now moved up two league levels in a couple of seasons and will start in the SPCFL Premier League (Surrey Premier County Football League) on 24th August against Cranleigh Firsts in an away match.

The SPCFL can be promoted to the Combined Counties Football League and from there promotion to the Isthmian League is possible.

The Isthmian League is a gate that, once opened, will enable promotion to the National League South, which is the club's current goal.

Four games into the season and Dial Square took their third win of the season against AFC Cubo. The only loss of the season came in the second round in an away match against league leaders CB Hounslow & Abbots. The season has started well and the dream of a fourth consecutive league promotion lives on.

Dial Square's match today was canceled 'due to a waterlogged pitch.' Somehow, on a day when Arsenal lost, you seek comfort from your second team, but instead of referee corruption, they are dealing with the opponent's field being a mud bath. It's refreshingly different. By the way, DS is still leading the league with 7 wins, 1 draw, and 1 loss. The league itself is quite peculiar, like the fact that Worcester Park has only played 5 matches and won them all.

Dial Square currently has a three-year lease agreement for Chertsey Town Football Club's home ground, and the Dial Square management is considering the possibility of purchasing a plot of land to build facilities for players and a quality playing field. Of course, this would be costly, and at this level, there's never enough money. The priority would be to find a location near Chertsey, as the majority of players and supporters live close by.

Dial Square has now been unbeaten at home at Alwyns Lane for two years. This means that after three consecutive promotion seasons, Dial Square is tied with Manchester City for consecutive unbeaten matches at their home stadium. Over the two years, they have played 25 home matches, with two ending in a draw.

Dial Square still leads the league (31 pts) by three points over Worcester Park (28 pts), who have played two fewer matches.

Dial Square’s cup run in the Premier Challenge Cup ended prematurely after being withdrawn from the competition due to a player eligibility issue. Tyler Robinson was deemed ineligible as he had not completed the required 21-day period since last playing for Bedfont Sports.

Dial Square is now focused on moving past this setback and channeling all efforts toward their primary goal: securing promotion to the National League System.

Dial is chasing an important victory against Cranleigh today and has the chance to extend their lead at the top of the table. The team has been in impressive scoring form (averaging 4 goals per game in the last four league matches) and has almost a full squad available.
