Juventus cry a lot since always, but their revenue isn't as bad as some think here, plus their owners have money also.

In terms of squad, I also think they had more level than Arsenal, even in their midfield. Bentancur, Locatelli would be starter for Arsenal quite easily, Mckennie is far better than Lokonga, Arthur is Arthur, Ramsey was a good player for Arsenal, Rabiot was a good (but still a primmadonna) for PSG and starter for France.
They paid a lot for De Ligt, Bonnucci-Chiellini are still at good level etc.

They have a good squad if not for Chiesa-Dybala always injured. That myth that Juve lacks creativity was coming from the same ones who are saying United is **** nowadays, you can imagine who they are right.

But they are underperforming their metrics. If you retire the first matches where Ronaldo transfers saga happened, first matches under Allegri and the change in tactics, they have performed just under Inter in the league. and most of the time without their two best attackers, Chiesa and Dybala.

You can't act and say Saka or Martinelli are up to Chiesa, Dybala levels yet or that Pepe is better than Kulusevski, Laca-Morata is also complicated.

Imo, they clearly have a better squad than Arsenal.

As a team they are in decline tho just as their league tho, Juventus hype peaked in the 90s. Arsenal may have a similar pull nowadays just perhaps not for Italian-league players.
