That's the issue isn't it - that they have a financial incentive to agitate for the next payday move. Just spells trouble for the club
If you flip it the other way. In order for them to get a big pay day by agitating for a move, he would need to be performing an an exceptional level to get a big move to City, Real, Barcelona in 3 or 4 years. By then he will have done the business for us and we can cash in for well over 100m.

That big pay day only works if he excels. If he doesn't nobody is coming in for him and offering him bigger money.

If Haaland hadn't been playing at an incredible level the past 2 years there would be no fat agent fee for Riaola. If the next club he joins benefits from 30 goals a season for 2 or 3 seasons I doubt they will care about paying 10m in fees extra.

Imagine only getting 30 goals a season from the best young striker of all time. I would be dissapointed.

Yup, and you can apply this thinking to all our high potential youngsters at the club. In the back of their minds they will see Arsenal as the shop window for bigger clubs like Madrid, Bayern, PSG and perhaps Barcelona as well.

We should take advantage of this and bring more in (Saliba, Vlahovic, De Jong, Gouiri, Caqueret, David, etc), give them the exposure and build our profile that way. Who knows, if we become consistent enough at the top level, they may just see Arsenal as their home for most of their peak years, and then we cash in.

Literally all left footers get compared to RVP. Schik is a good striker who will probably get you 10 goals a season in England. He isn't going to get better. He is what he is.

Vlahovic is 21 ffs. The room for growth is insane considering he has the physicality already.

RvP/Adebayor hybrid? No.

Yes, Vlahovic at 21 is a both an asset and a problem. The Arsenal Supporters got to accept that they will need to wait 3+ years for our youngsters to fulfill their potiential. (Our strikeforce will be only 20-21yrs old). I do not want our supporters to be FOMO and later on put pressure on Vlahovic if he did not perform well due to the price tag and age.

Based on what I saw, Vlahovic will bring us energy and power and not afraid to take shots. But he tends to rush his shot or not as clean. A traits common in young striker. Schick is a classy all round striker. He is definitely more polished that Vlahovic atm.

his agents making things really difficult and Vlahovic not putting any pressure this is sounding like Milinkovic-Savic at Lazio he can't move because his agents asking too much money and likely will leave free. such BS with these serbian players in Serie A.

Give he and his agent a deadline to get this sorted one way or another.

He looks a talent but there are few other strikers out there that could improve us for similar or even lesser fees / wages.

Can't let this agent drag it out and potentially collapse the deal at the last minute, leaving us scrabbling about.

Why would we need to wait 3+ years for that? All the current youngsters are already performing at top 4 level.

Depends where he goes and if he's on penalties etc. 30 goals isn't to be sniffed at.
It's not a bad record. But it would mean he would be getting worse and declining. And paying alot and getting a quite a bit worse goal record is something that would be dissapointing, for me at least.
