It's pretty interesting how good he looks playing from deep in the pivot sometimes when we're going all out attack. His passing from deep is really crisp and incisive and his dribbling means he doesn't panic when pressed. Subbing out Zubi and putting him alongside Rice a very good option to have when you're seeing all the ball and want to load more forwards on the pitch.

He did really well particularly once Zubi came off. It might take Arteta doing some thinking and soul searching over the summer to tweak this system in order to get the most out of him and some of our other attackers on a more consistent basis but if he can just provide the moments and little performances within the game that we need a few more times, we'll win the league and maybe more.

I am not gonna lie but it looked like we were more in control when Rice at 6 and we decided to have 2 creative players in Eze and Saka in the middle.

I really think we should play him as a 8th more often and play and out out at 10 Ødegaard for example.

Good performance yesterday. He’s improving now so we must keep him at 10. There are games where I’d drop Zubi or Rice and play Saka or Havertz with Eze.

He was really good yesterday. Not rocket science that he needed a run of games to build momentum and gel with his new team.

Some of his vision and weight of passes was sublime. Reminds me of Ødegaard in his first half of the season when he was on loan from Real Madrid

Glad that pretty much everyone agrees he was great on Saturday, really took responsibility when we needed it. I think he showed how influential he can be in this team, want to see more of it.

Arsenal Quotes

I want a fan to wake up in the morning and say, “Arsenal are playing today, I’m going to have a good time.” That guy starts his day off by thinking that something good is going to happen to him. And to do that, big clubs like Arsenal have to have the ambition to play spectacularly. Of shared happiness.
