What gives you confidence he’ll turn his form? Not having a go, interested.Think lots here will look silly regarding Ødegaard. AM needing a scapegoat is the only thing going on here.

They also had maybe the best midfielder in PL history making those runs, and crucially was able to put lethal crosses/cut backs in with his right foot.
Think his ability alone is sky high, seen him do things which most other players couldn’t do even when ode was having a bad game. Don’t think you lose ability like that. What gives you confidence he’ll turn his form? Not having a go, interested.
He was brilliant for two seasons. He's not a purple patch player. We've seen the levels he can reach and that wasn't even at his peak. What gives you confidence he’ll turn his form? Not having a go, interested.
You’re completely right in that he can do things other players can’t. You’re also right that this place is knee-jerk. But how long do you give him if he doesn’t rediscover his form? That’s the difficult balance right there. He was brilliant for two seasons. He's not a purple patch player. We've seen the levels he can reach and that wasn't even at his peak.
Ødegaard is and always will be a top player. He needs to go back to what he could produce and do even better because he's capable of it.
Levels were there before we even signed him too. Hence why RM tapped him up early.
Generally speaking I think not rating a player like Ødegaard is pretty crazy, he is objectively a great player. He had a poor season with us last season yes, but that suddenly doesn't mean he's always not been good enough. It's a crazy take and the only place I ever hear Arsenal fans talk about replacing Ødegaard is here.
It's pretty nonsensical. People call him Artetas bum chum which is why he never gets dropped, the reason he never gets dropped is because he's a special, top player.
Fine to bash KSE like you do, but why wish list? You know this isn’t happening. Tenuous links to Eze, but you know Leao and Rodrygo won’t be here next season.Eze Rodrygo Leao is a ****ing must have lets see if our amazing spending spree owners love the club and want to take us to the next level.
Yeah 100% he cannot have another season like last season. You’re completely right in that he can do things other players can’t. You’re also right that this place is knee-jerk. But how long do you give him if he doesn’t rediscover his form? That’s the difficult balance right there.
Good example of why I think the Saka / Ode dynamic is running its course.
Both are ball to feet players. Need a run on that side.
Opposition are so focused on Saka there is space to be exploited by a runner.
Another reason to sign Eze is he’s legit one of the most entertaining players out there. If you not gonna win anything. At least provide some excitement for the fans. Ode right now has zero competition and will play even if his form reaches lower levels than it ever hasIf Ode doesn’t start the season well, the fans will come on the pitch and take him off. If Ode doesn’t turn it around it’s putting Micky in a tough spot.
Hope we sign Eze, if we don’t then Ode has to start every game.
Think because his main position is AM not LW that why called luxury but to me it's still a needed signing because he can give us something we lack like you said. There's this weird general signing that Eze or a similar signing is a luxury, it's not, it's a necessity. Madueke and Gyokeres aren't enough, Gyokeres might convert some chances that the likes of Havertz miss yes but it hasn't addressed the main issues of the squad which is creativity and specifically our LHS is just largely ineffective when it comes to chance creation.

Club gonna use excuse we have Ethan. So eze is unnecessaryWell we lack creativity from central positions.
Bernado Silv/Mahrex x KdB used to absolutely rinse this scenario. All Ode has to do is make a little run and there’s a cutback opportunity there or a bit more space for Saka.

And the thing is that if you're going to be that one footed then that left foot had better be a f*cking wand like Özil or Robben and that certainly is not the case with Martin. No professional should have a decorative weak foot really but you can only get away with it if your strong foot is exceptional and his simply is not. He’s got no right foot, think this is a large part of why he doesn’t want to get into that position.
