Honestly think Eze on the left and Saka on the right is killer for us given how direct Gyok is at CF. He would be feasting with those two on either side imo.

Mbeumo 2x overperforming his npxG last season - we know how this is going to go down.

I’m going to guess you haven’t seen much of him.

He’s very good at shooting and has been trending positively for like 2/3 seasons now just at the age that the best players do. I don’t think this is one that you guys need to make out to be some poor signing, he’s clearly a good player.

We got him if we want him. He's not choosing Sp**s over us and they're not dropping the kinds of transfer fee or wages that we couldn't match on him. If he winds up at Sp**s it'll be because of KSE insisting we sell before we spend more and those deals dragging on too long. Preseason is already over and he's back playing at Palace so he's got no reason to rush a deal but also he's not gonna wait until deadline day in the hopes of we can bin Nelson for what we need.

Saying Eze interest and the possible lowering of that interest has more to do with Nwaneri re-signing than Madueke. In fact he says Madueke never had any bearing at all on Eze. Says we're still interested in strengthening the left side and it now depends on outgoings.

More or less stuff we already knew but the interesting thing for me is that if we really want (or wanted) Eze mostly for a more central role that (pretty big "if' imo) then Ødegaard may be under more scrutiny than is being let on. Eze wouldn't come to just back him up. But with Nwaneri signing on I think that if Eze does arrive now he would be used on the left quite a bit.

Doesn't matter even if his mum was a Sp**s fan. If we want Eze , we will get him 100%. He is not choosing these bums over us. Only way Eze ends up at Sp**s is if they are the only buyer
