I’d say renewing Saliba and signing a LW would be required to push it to a 9/10. And obviously selling/loaning the fringe players.

Thinks it’s more closer to 7 which is decent. 8 and over, you are going to very good and excellent levels.

Dont really see how the Madueke deal is relevant. If the club really wanted Eze they could still get him, but the reality is they're either done in the market or want a proper wide player and not someone who can do a job there (like Eze).
