Eddie should be given plenty of changes in FA/League Cup next season and hopefully a full season learning from Laca and Auba will help him grow.

More than the finish, the dribbling there stood out to me. If he can keep the ball that close to him while dribbling in the box then defenders have a lot to fear, especially as he seems quite agile.

He's showing himself to have a diverse skillset.

He is a better dribbler than I thought, he's gotten faster, stronger. His hold up play is remarkably decent for a player his size ad frame. And he seems to have a really dogged mentality. Like AMN, an extremely adaptable player.

There is a lot that can be done with Nketiah. If Emery is smart, he will find away to integrate him.

Isn't he too small? Not that quick either.
He's taller than Lacazette. Laca is 5'8 while Nketiah is 5'10. And he's pretty quick too at full pelt.

A reminder that he scored his first 2 goals for England U21s today within 3 appearances and only turned 19 this week. Still very young and a lot of developing to do, but he's in a good spot despite the competition ahead of him.

I love this about him and even in the limited time he got with the first team you could see he was able to play his natural game, made smart decisions, but wasn't afraid to try stuff and try to make an impact instead of just playing it safe and hand over responsibility to someone else..

He plays with no fear, has that aura that he belongs at the top level..

Thoughts on him going out on loan @MutableEarth ?

Strikes me that if he's this talented then he needs playing time to develop and the one position you're never going to get that at a top club these days is CF.

Difficulty is finding the right club.

At the end of the day, when has anyone ever said "Ah, if blah was 3 inches taller he'd be unstoppable!". If you've got what it takes, 3 inches wont hold you back. He's not trying to make it in the ****ing porn industry.

Sell Welbeck and make him 3rd choice.

Welbeck performed great this season and is happy to play out wide.

Would much rather we kept him in the squad and gave Eddie the games he needs to develop out on loan.

I want him to get games here. I don' trust the loan system to do right by our players. Sven has to use his analysis to find the right club who will actually play him as a number 9.

It would be beneficial for him to go on loan but he has to go somewhere he can actually play. I'd say Bournemouth or a team like that would be good for him.

That would make the most sense. Think he's good enough already but he will probably be better off getting regular game time somewhere else.

Just have to make sure he is loaned to the right club. Think Charlton would be good.
